Today, one of the most successful and well-known trailer music production companies – Two Steps From Hell – published a brand-new album for public release called ‘Vanquish’. Featuring 17 epic, bombastic and emotional tracks in the typical TSFH style, this long-awaited album forms the sequel to highly praised albums like Battlecry, SkyWorld and Archangel. Vanquish is the company’s very first album to feature only new tracks which have never been released for the industry before.
Thomas Bergensen and Nick Phoenix, the founders, masterminds and lead composers at Two Steps From Hell look back on a long list of top-placing trailer music cues, including probably some of the most licensed tracks for film and TV. With songs like Protectors Of The Earth or Heart Of Courage, the two composers established a new trend in trailer music and sparked the emergence of a whole new epic music fan cult a couple of years back.
